Article 1 – conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay and a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated. A second copy is to be kept by the customer.

Article 2 – cancellation conditions: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.

a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:

The deposit remains with the owner. The latter will request the balance of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.

If the client does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request the balance of the stay.

b) if the stay is shortened, the price of the stay remains with the owner. There will be no refund.

Article 3 – cancellation by the owner: The owner pays all the sums paid.

Article 4 – arrival and departure: During the months of July and August, the time of arrival is from 4 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and the departure must be made at 10 a.m.

Outside these months, these hours can be modified according to the needs of the tenants. Please let us know when you make your reservation. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner.

Article 5 – payment of the balance: The balance of the price of the stay is paid upon entering the premises.

Article 6 – inventory: An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the owner or his representative on arrival and departure from the gîte. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory. The state of cleanliness of the gîte upon arrival of the client must be noted in the inventory.

Article 7 – security deposit or deposit: A security deposit, the amount of which is indicated on the front of this contract, is requested by the owner at the time of booking. After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of restoration of the premises if damage was observed.

In the event of early departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week.

Article 8 – use of the premises: The client must ensure the peaceful nature of the gîte and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the lodgings.

Article 9 – capacity: This contract is established for a capacity defined in the contract (adults or children).

Any additional person will not be done without the permission of the owners. An additional cost will be applied, namely 50 euros / week per person in addition. (a baby counts for a whole person).

Article 10 – animals: Animals are not allowed on the domain.

Article 11 – insurance: The customer is responsible for all damage arising from his act. He must be insured by a resort type insurance contract for these various risks.

Article 12 – instructions for smokers: Smoking is prohibited in all lodgings and around the swimming pool.
